      Pros

      People very nice, extremely flexible hours

      Cons

      Work is career suicide at best, and pay is abysmal for SWE. Promotions are year-gated, and you still get blocked by "budget cuts" when you're already underpaid. Work here for experience and get out.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
