      Pros

      I really enjoyed my teammates, the core of my work, and just generally the energy of the office. I genuinely miss working with this group of people.

      Cons

      Because of how much they overwork staff without providing the resources needed, the turnover is crazy and you often find yourself wondering who to turn to to understand what’s going on.

      The Houston Team is amazing! Felt really supported and inspired by great local management.

      Cons

      There are metrics that you must meet to keep your job as any position. So, you have to make sure you don't lose sight of Certification rates they could become more challenging but they can be achieved.
