      PEOPLE - particularly fond of the Dallas team, mission, direct exposure to the life-changing work happening, management, safe space, work/life balance, nimble organization, office space

      Cons

      growing pains as a relatively young organization and site - still building out processes, but attempts are being made - not a place for those afraid of change and innovation

      Honestly, there aren't any. This place is awful...believe the reviews.
