      Mission-driven organization Intentional focus nationally on creating a high-performing but also fun environment Organization has experienced tremendous growth and is starting to shift towards responding to that growth so that national sites are equally supported

      Small teams drive the work at sites nationally and can experience burn out Technology and equipment doesn't always support needs to meet performance outcomes

      The Houston Team is amazing! Felt really supported and inspired by great local management.

      Cons

      There are metrics that you must meet to keep your job as any position. So, you have to make sure you don't lose sight of Certification rates they could become more challenging but they can be achieved.
