Cons
Unprofessional attitude of the HR team: I was recruited as a HR Admin for the newly formed Lending Division. I lasted four days before being asked to leave because I hadn't delivered on my promises in the interview. The manager who recruited me was only with me for two days, with sporadic contact. I was given next to no training about HR processes and when I did take the initiative to get started on these, I was told they were "far too rudimentary" and "not for someone who was my level of expertise." OK, it's my third day and you're already telling me this isn't good enough?! Throw me a freaking bone here! This office was a little bit of a commute for me and as it was a new office, I was a little nervous. Yet, the manager commented on how "tired, confused and nervous" I was looking. Again, NEW JOB!!!! Anyone, however experienced they are, will ALWAYS be a little nervous or apprehensive in a new job! I'm not so much angry as annoyed: I wasn't given a fair crack of the whip for this role, and I really should have trusted my gut instinct on not going for this role, as well as the reviews written on here. I'm not saying avoid this company, as for some, it did seem like a nice place to work. However, out of desperation I took this role.
