Pros
at least when it comes to the typical holidays they are not off limits to take vacations sometimes like typical most retail companies that black out all those dates & times, not the best company to work for but also clearly not the worst
Cons
Too many to list, but big issues center around constant changes in directions the company wants to go, lots of upper management & executive changes * revolving doors, many of the new area directors have no experiance or knowledge needed to do their jobs
