Pros
It is a company of opportunity if you are willing to make the effort and work hard. My career grew in the 12 years I worked there. Deep traditions, and in some departments long tenure people. Support staff in corporate and in distribution very strong.
Cons
Wondering and wandering plans and actions. In the 12 years I was at the company 8 different SEO / COO position changes, each with a new direction to steer the ship. The traditions sometimes over ruled the changes. Change management can be difficult. The current management team is stable, but they keep looking for ways to keep what could be a flawed business model on track.
