Pros

Consistent 40 hours. Slow at times.

Cons

No work life balance. Open 7 days a week, late hours, open almost all the holidays. Techs are always leaving because they are underpaid hourly. Co workers that are dishonest are not disciplined as long as they are making sales. Rude and entitled customers that treat us bad regularly. Customer is always right. Overall sadness.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Consistent hours. Account is manageable ADP login has good options.

Cons

Toxic environment with toxic management, extremely high stress, unqualified technicians messing up customers vehicles. Difficult to use your PTO or take time off. Can be extremely busy at times multiple shifts without a lunch break having to work past closing time. Also working shifts at time by yourself from open to close with no help.
