      Pros

      Great team, great tire prices, good pay and I believe Pep Boys cares about their customers.

      Cons

      The computer POS, seriously dial up internet is faster. Constantly embarrassed at the sales counter due to the clumsy, out dated point of sale system. Longgggg Hours, senior leadership is all over the place, direction and culture is constantly changing.

      Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

      Cons

      Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
