      Pros

      Getting to help 2nd chance people find jobs who usually have a rough time doing so.

      Cons

      They put forth a positive attitude towards everything but in reality all they care is about growing numbers. If you do not have the numbers they want you will be talked down to, verbally abused and pushed aside or fired because it is always your fault and not prior branch or market managers fault.

      Pros

      People there are fantastic. At the time I was there, C Suite was focused on growth and changing to a "Service Center" model, since discarded.

      Cons

      Clients & Branch start reaching out at 5:00 am & many nights won't stop till after 10:00 pm

      This is a great way to get your feet wet in the field of recruitment. Upper management is approachable and willing to work with you.

      Cons

      Beware of branch managers. You are working with associates from various demographics that have all sorts of problems.
