Pros
Depending on your team leader you can be flexible on your time to leave and come to work, you can take bigger breaks than the 30 minutes given. You see a corporate structure if you've never been in a non small company. 135 euro per month in supermarket coupons is a nice addition. Also they provide you with free exams for their certifications if you care for that.
Cons
Not a software oriented company, Upper management doesn't necessarily want or give permission to make good products, they don't want quality software, they want quick product releases (lack of understanding that good maintanence AND upgrade of software makes things faster in the long run.) HR makes your life super difficult if you want remote work. Being lightly sick or metro strikes is a baseless excuse to not work to them. They can severely lowball your salary by not telling you the full extent of your role.
