Pros
Decent company 401K match and no screwing around with requiring years of employment to be vested, which is an issue in a contracting job.
Cons
HR can be a nightmare. They don't want to "deal" with employees and are terrible with doing basic HR tasks. Nothing is their fault expect them to run to the CEO if you even think about calling them out on any given thing they've messed up. Loves to reference the "employee handbook", but I think they have an unpublished updated version not made available to employees.
