      Pros

      Company is Really good to work with, they have lots of opportunities especially the CEO of the company is very supportive..! the management of Scrum master is pathetic, lots of Politics and boot licking attitude.

      Cons

      Scrum master needs to be changed.., hell lot of Gossips , which is making the people in tech team leave there workspace, HR team of Shaadi is very supportive hope they are listening to this, and give opportunity to someone else of the handling the scrum in a positive manner.

      1. Work culture is good 2. Supporting management and seniors 3. You get a chance to try new things, to implement/ share your ideas 4. Supports individual growth ( for latest technologies and skills) 5.Fun filled fridays 6.Flxible working hours

      Salary ( increament) is not as per promising. No cons rather than this.
