Pros

Pay / Benefits, paid training, Career advancement / able to move up the latter if you know how to play their game.

Cons

Workplace / Company politics, it doesn't matter if you work their 40+ years you are just a number at end of the day, and they will use you until there's nothing left if you let them, I've seen it more more than five times now.

Pros

Lots of bonus giftcards and money.

Cons

Customer service work and corporate practices dont always match so sometimes you have to ignore "policy" and just do what's best in each situation.

Pros

Travel costs are covered while on the road. Benefits are average. The other Coordinators are great.

Cons

Its both an entry level and peak position. They have not developed any plan for advancing that doesn't involve changing roles completely or moving to Pennsylvania. This position is only two years old, but it is definitely in a "cart before the horse" situation. The amount of work involved has doubled in the past year or so, with no increase in pay, and none in the foreseeable future. Senior Management seems only concerned with what else we can do, without regard to how it affects the people doing it. The whole position truly needs restructuring if they want it to work.
