      Pros

      fast pace work, time flies by, our managers are awesome, great incentive program for picking fast and accurate. over time is given to those who earn it

      Cons

      the only cons would be, their is not any opportunity to advance within the company. The second con would be the union does not seem to have any interest in any employee's. I have yet to see more or less talk to any person from the union.

      Dedicated to ensuring your individual growth within the company

      Cons

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
