      Pros

      Very good salary and PTO time. Everyone on the team is nice and work well together. The IT department kind of feels like it has a small company culture, despite it being part of a huge organization.

      Cons

      Health insurance is very expensive. You wouldn't expect that when this is a health care company, not sure why. HR department are not-sees, but everyone has mastered how to avoid / hide from them, just have to learn that from your direct coworkers, it's not hard.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
