      We have a great team mentality. Everyone pulls their weight. We can ask a coworker for help and bounce ideas off them.

      Cons

      We don't have much in the way of incentives. It would be nice to see/hear more appreciation from upper management.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
