Pros
-Unlimited PTO (good luck actually using it) -Insurance -401k -Fair Incentives (actually better than some larger companies I've worked for)
Cons
-First thing you should know is that Carrus/CareerStep was recently bought out/acquired by Penn Foster. For years, management has told us they were a terrible company, so this change was very unexpected on the sales floor. While this will have a clear impact on the future of the company, product, and income for employees, management has no answers as to what will happen. -Management does not have a clear vision and they tend to go after each other frequently. There is a lot of gossip and negative talk amongst them, which makes going into the office uncomfortable and weird. -Extremely low pay. You could take an AE role at any of the dozens of companies around carries and your base would immediately double (at least) -The role is stagnant. Unlike most large companies that provide numerous promotions in the AE role, none exist here. The job you start is the one you will end with (unless you want to go into management)
