Pros

Benefits such as health insurance, 401k, and paid time off are great. The flexibility to work from home or on a varied schedule should you need to is a perk, especially if you're sick but don't want to use sick time. Lots of great people work here, and many are passionate about what they do and it shows. For some, it's easy to earn promotions and have a clear career pathway. Others, not so much. There are efforts to build company culture and morale and many leaders who ARE serious about improving different things about the company, which is a plus. Overall, it's a good company that could be better - with actively listening to even the most entry-level of employees and not just managers.

Cons

Management in certain parts of the company are atrocious and, because these areas see so much turnover, no one cares because the bottom line is what matters most. From flagrant favoritism that puts sycophants above those who work hard and truly care about the work to a few managers who bully workers under the radar until they are forced to quit, I find it shocking that anyone acts surprised that employee turnover is so high. When morale is particularly low, random things like cake, ice cream, or pizza are brought in as a "prize" or a "thank you" for hard work. However this happens only when the call center staff is noticeably miserable. Then, after they've perked up because of free food, the cake, ice cream, and pizza disappear for another quarter until they're desperate to pretend they care about the employees there. The work we do is important and it does help people, but when you're micromanaged to the point you dread going to work each day the good work can't get done.

Pros

Free tuition, flexible and work from home

Cons

Incredibly toxic environment, executive team, senior leadership and HR all worked together at previous company and gang-up on on employees that don’t fit their clique - also creating roles for their friends, unfair hiring and promotional opportunity practices, incredible amount of turn-over/terminations leaving employees shocked and in constant fear of losing their job and afraid to speak up of any questions or concerns.
