Pros
They genuinely care about the community and patients.
Cons
Save yourself and DO NOT work here. It is not worth the tiny paycheck to be treated like garbage everyday. The one good thing about this place is what they do for the community and that is it. The pay is terrible. You get a 3% increase each year on your anniversary but that is not enough to keep up with cost of living. The most blatant show of nepotism you have ever seen. Overworked and under appreciated. Benefits are not at all affordable. Mean-spirited culture from the top down. CEO screams at other senior leaders where employees can hear. Management does not care about employees whatsoever. If you have any sort of problems, you will not get sympathy or reasonable solutions or help from management. Zero flexibility with schedule. Policies change regularly with no announcement so there is constant confusion. Can't keep staff around with high turnover. Everyone is spread too thin.
