Pros

None comes to mind... unfortunately.

Cons

Working at this company has been one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. The environment became especially toxic during and after the chaotic merge of three companies. The lack of leadership and clear direction turned what could have been an exciting opportunity into a complete nightmare. The benefits and perks are non-existent, far from competitive compared to industry standards. Despite the long hours and hard work put in by employees, there is little to no acknowledgment or reward for achievements. Instead of recognition, you’re likely to be "rewarded" with more work. The company's approach to employee appreciation is not just lacking—it's demoralizing. Company culture? There is none. The work environment is cold, unwelcoming, and devoid of any real sense of community. Policies are inconsistently enforced, creating confusion and frustration among staff. One day, you’re told one thing, and the next day, it’s something entirely different. The inconsistency is maddening. Career advancement? Don’t count on it. There is minimal opportunity for growth or upward mobility within the company. Training and professional development are practically non-existent. If you’re looking to advance your career, look elsewhere because this place will leave you stagnant and uninspired. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive work environment, career growth, or even basic respect for their efforts. Save yourself the stress and look for opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

-Great co-workers -Decent benefits. Every plan is basically high-deductible but the vision and dental isn’t horrible. -Tool allowance. -Great coworkers

Cons

-Abysmal lack of management and oversight of management. Who hires someone to be an FSM when he can’t even turn a forklift on? Also, FSM is not a work-from-home position. And yet the manager is nowhere to be found 27 out of 30 days. If you have an actual issue, you’re on your own. The FSM is like a rat caught in a trap and will chew his own leg off to avoid having to actually be a manager. Hint: It’s not a great idea to boast to employees how easy your job is. Of course it’s easy. All you have to do is insert numbers into a spreadsheet while your lead tech and other staff do everything else. -Non-existent morale, any thing resembling morale is quickly beat out of you. Think you’re doing the right thing by your customers? Wrong. Think you’re helping out a fellow tech? Sure, but you will be chastised for making “executive decisions” to help. Bring up a safety concern? Don’t be going around the almighty FSM. Those straps will hold just fine! -Underhanded tactics to save money (see below)
