Pretty good people on a "worker bee" level.
Cons
Absolutely atrocious on boarding support for new hires. You are thrown to the fire and are on your own. No training procedures or processes, and you'll be told you won't get any outside of taking notes and tripping over things as you go. You'll be told that you'll have full onboarding support and procedure explanation - all a con. A lot of office politics, backstabbing, posturing, etc. Hands down the worst place Ive worked in my long career.
