      Maintenance management does not want hourly company workers, they prefer contractors, this way of thinking always proves to be wrong.

      People are very nice. Great benefit.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership. Strong office politics. Work exceptionally long hours. Manual and labor intensive worksheet and processes. Responsibilities do not align with the job descriptions. Paid are not compeitive when you include the work load and hours. Unfair review processes. Work through lunch break. Too many meetings with no solid deliveries. Sugar coating too much.
