Flexible time, working on a better time off policy, fun and friendly atmosphere, too much for my professional standards. great medical benefits.
Cons
No business structure at all, no promotions unless you are a golf player, no yearly salary increases except for 1.3% cost of living increase in 2013. No performance evaluations, and no incentive to produce your best work. No career opportunities.
