HR is no good - Anonymous employee Peloton Interactive Employee Review

I've been in technical HR for a while now. No movement. No growth potential. Company is outsourcing everything, so it's just a weird dynamic all around. I don't think I'm going to stick around much longer...I think we've peaked. Also, the space is getting crowded.
