Pros
- Staff cars available for days off adventuring around - if you come as a couple you can get a room together, this improved my experience massively. - staff taxi from accom to work, nice walk if not - can use gym, spa, watersports, tennis courts, bikes etc and get discount on drinks. - great tips, can do extra work as a babysitter
Cons
- The accom and food is pretty bare minimum, but this is to be expected with seasons. - Most of the staff are stressed out due to poor management, alot of the pros to working there aren't really okay to take advantage of as you know you're adding to your overworked mate's workload (eg watersports, massage, food from the restaurant, drinks from the bar/cafe)
