1. They treat employee as their slaves. Except few who are bootlickers. Those are the one who says positive about this company. 2. You will see hire and fire too frequent in this company. 3. They are highly non-professionals. All they know is how to shout and curse people. 4. They are greedy. They want more and more from you, even if you work so hard for them. They make you work for 15hrs and still say the performance was not good even if the result are achieved. And they take credit of achieving the result saying we forced you to work that hard that's why you have achieved it. What nonsence. 5. Their philosophy is that, a person will only work when you apply unbearable pressure. 6. They will taunt you if they saw you laughing, enjoying holiday, chilling on break and see you doing any activity other than work even in your personal time. 7. They are not educated.
