Pros
The product space was unique and interesting. There were many talented people in the company and a strong Engineering culture.
Cons
The founders deciding to run the company out of a war room for the last 9 months killed the culture and any functional operation of the business. Managers were underminded constantly, and decisions were made on a whim by the founders with no actual accountability. There was an obvious clique of people that they favored and micromanaged without regard to the organization. The last major round of layoffs finally moved most of the company's operations to India.
