Concerned. Only week two. - Advanced Practitioner Pediatrix Medical Group Employee Review

On boarding has been atrocious. I had to fill out 4 different applications. My references were hounded by 4 different persons all for the same information. No point person to address any of my questions. I was never formerly given an orientation. I carry the health insurance for my family and the information was given to me in an email account that I had no idea how to access. My login information and passcodes did not work on my first day of empolyement while I was expected to initiate work. Feel has though I made a big mistake. The on-boarding needs to be streamlined. One application, one set of references, one approval process of privilages and finally a formel orientation process.
