Pros
I typically do not review companies, however this one deserves it. The first red flag should have been how quickly the interview and hiring process was as it screamed for desperation of needing employees. Once I was hired, I saw how miserable the entire ABA department was. The BCBAs are severely over worked and left to manage things on their own (seemed to be little to no upper management support for BCBAs). PAT offers speech and OT as well. I have worked in interdisciplinary but never felt so hated on until I started working at PAT. The senior clinical director doesn't even want ABA there so basically that's how everyone else acts. The other disciplines are "scared" of ABA so basically all the RBTs were afraid to do ABA from fear of being looked at or judged. Hopefully the company will get better in time. If you are looking for somewhere to work until you figure out your life you may like this but if you are actually looking to advance your career in ABA, look elsewhere! Somewhere that isn't afraid to use real ABA practices.
Cons
Lack of training work culture lack of diversity consistent policy changes lack of upper management support.
