I've worked at PAT for a long time and I think it's a fantastic company. The mission and dedication of the staff is great. They really care about providing high quality service to the patients. As a biller I see that they operate with integrity. Management listens when there are issues to resolve.
Cons
At times there is a lot of pressure to make sure claims are being paid but that is the nature of healthcare.
Schedule is never consistent between clients canceling appointments and unexpected client changes by BCBA's that you only find out about when checking your schedule.
