Practice managers are concerned, practical, experienced, and savvy. They keep the practices running. Practice staff are dedicated, patient-focused, and work hard to keep up with changes. CEO is incredibly knowledgeable.

High turnover in Central Business Office, both those who quit and those who are fired. High termination rate for new employees approaching their 90 day initial probationary period. Inconsistent performance objectives. Constantly changing last-minute projects. High amount of rework. Lack of understanding of scope for new efforts. Erroneous or creative client results reporting.
