      PearlThoughts is very welcoming to newcomers. They often arrange meetings to gather everyone’s opinions and make people feel included. The team is supportive and encourages learning new technologies. Work culture is friendly, with good collaboration across teams.

      The processes they follow for projects are poorly structured and could be improved.

      We get proffessional Experience and certificate.

      Cons

      They dont pay to intern. first they will keep you as unpaid then select among multiple interns from your batch. This is waste your tuime because during this period you all will work on an dummy project not real world.
