Not pro agent, but pro client or manager; for instances of work mistakes (areas of opportunities) some TLs would rather go straight to HR for judgment than coach their agents first for future prevention. They’d rather lose people than lose their client/s.
Since career advancement is fast, filtering can be less strict. Hence TLs that get promoted may not be too experienced.

Requires camera on, and clean desk policy. Camera on is ok, but clean desk policy? Come on, this isn’t an on site type of work. Wells Fargo, Chase, AMEX doesn’t even have such policy for work from home.
