Management has no respect for employees and a 1950s mentality towards women. They assume the worst in employees and are quick to blame. They "lead" with fear and belittle employees. They don't understand boundaries and discuss very sensitive information, such as salary/raises, with other employees. They refuse to make positive changes or take criticism. A person of conflicting interest was hired as HR, but no one is comfortable going to them for discrepancies. In my time at this company 20 people quit or were fired, at any given time there was about 15 employees. The turnover is out of this world. The positive reviews left previously are there because the office was offered goodie bags if we completed a review. The overall office environment is tense, as everyone is micromanaged. Employees are not allowed to chat with each other or use their cell phones. There is a strict business professional dress code, although the management wears jeans and crocs. There is no room for career growth within this company. It's a dead end job with a miserable culture.
