Pros
Great people, the people make this company, hard working tenacious, willing to put in all the hours to see this company thrive. The opportunity to run your own department and travel, left to get on with it.
Cons
Poor management, no sense of direction, can't make decisions, lack of progression, old fashioned must come in at a certain time and leave at a certain time no flexibility like working from home as they do not trust the staff! Not willing to take a risk, made to work all hours of the sun with very little respect or recognition.
