Salary around average but no real progression once you are in the door. Ok holidays, relatively flexible hours, medical insurance.

Nepotism is rife. Too much fire fighting time spent on previous projects that keep going wrong because they were poorly managed and rushed. Solutions not properly tested before being fielded.

Great to be part of a dynamic team that takes on challenging engineering projects in robotics, electronics, automation and artificial intelligence.

I can't think of any cons!
