Pros
I really enjoy the culture of PeaceHealth. Caregivers are very supportive of each other and providers are approachable. I feel respected for my talents and abilities. I feel that pay for what I do is reasonable.
Cons
As with any large organization, change can be slow and prolonged. At times, it feels like system office is disconnected from what's happening "on the ground".
