      Pros

      Management cares about the team, and does their best to be available. Daily huddles are helpful to keep everyone on the same page. Management is also very accommodating with creating schedules. Night shift has differential pay, which is nice. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Seems impossible for the company to get rid of bad workers. Makes everyone else's job harder.
