There are ni cons in my opinion

Peabody Insurance used to be a great place to work. A lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Occasionally, you’ll work with a few genuinely kind and hardworking coworkers. If you can stay through the transition they were acquired by a company that has a lot of resources and great opportunities.

Extreme Turnover of long time employees due to the workload and treatment from management. Too many family members are in management regardless of qualifications or performance. The work environment is tense and draining.
