Pros

-Good medical benefits which includes parents benefits as well.

Cons

-Peak micromanagement, there is no space to breath in this environment. -Unnecessary policies and strict implementations as if little children are working in the office and they feel obliged to have control over them. -There is no way to satisfy the management with your work, regardless of the hours, efforts or loyalty you put into your job, they always seem to doubt you and assume that you're not being productive at all. They would shout at you especially the CEO & CTO if you even tried to make a valid point. -Threats to fire you whenever you have any concern with work or office related issues, they have started adopting AI after which they think of every employee as disposable. -As long as you are the CEO and CTO or your Team Lead's favorite everything is possible for you, if its frequent work from home, leaves or even good appraisals. Regardless of your actual effort the favoritism always wins. -It used to be a company with very good chances to grow and compete in the market, but with this vision of 'danda nizaam' I believe it will knock them on their faces someday.

Cons

Paysys Labs is getting worse day by day. The company is running on a “sethia” system where favoritism matters more than performance. The CEO and CTO never truly recognize the value of hardworking employees or understand how much effort some people put into their work. Even if you give 120%, work day and night, do overtime regularly, come to the office at 9 AM, and leave at 12 AM or even 2 AM, you still never get appreciated. Your hard work is neither highlighted nor rewarded. Salaries, bonuses, and growth are not based on performance but on favoritism. Another major issue is the lack of trust in employees. Paysys never truly trusts its staff. Some team leads ask for handwritten status updates twice a day. as if employees have to constantly prove themselves by signing every day. Even when you are giving your full effort with honesty and loyalty, the environment becomes extremely stressful and mentally exhausting. The company also promotes excessive micromanagement, which makes the workplace even more frustrating. In the end, the stress became so overwhelming that I decided to resign and stay at home until I find a better opportunity. Honestly, it feels less stressful sitting at home than working in Paysys Labs. This is the reality of many people working there.
