      Pros

      Payroll Systems feels like a well-oiled machine. There is great synergy in the company, and a lot of diverse expertise across the board. With a history of consistent growth, there are always new opportunities and ways to succeed and branch out into new positions with new skills. Tony Bowden is a leader that leads by example, and one of the hardest working business owners I've personally ever met.

      Cons

      Payroll and benefits administration are a very immediate type of business. This can lead to a fast-paced environment. This is not a con, but something to be aware of regarding the payroll/benefits/HRIS industry.

      Pros

      Payroll Systems has been a great place to work. They care about your work and life balance. At the same time, you’re challenged with constant changes and personal growth goals. Payroll Systems is challenging, fun and a great team of people. The culture promotes independence, transparency in decisions and very positive supportive environment.

      Cons

      No cons but as an employee you need to be adaptable. The company is always changing due to the needs of a growing company.
