Pros
Payroll Systems has a great culture! Though I am out in the field most days, our office is a warm and friendly place to be from the reception to the CEO! It feels like family and everyone genuinely cares about you. When I come into the office, I am always greeted with smiles and asked how I am doing, how's the family, etc.. It feels like home and that is a great feeling!
Cons
At times, we have to wear many hats. "it's not my job" is not acceptable here. Because we are on the smaller side, we all must pitch in to help during busy times. I don't consider this a con, but at times it is hard to set out what we are supposed to be doing because we are sometimes pulled in different directions. I believe this is a good thing as we learn from doing different tasks we normally don't do and "Its not my job" turns into education!
