- Amazing team mates. - One of the best work culture you will find across in this industry. - Benefits are decent. - Work life balance.

Cons

- No job security, they have fired multiple people in the past and they continue to do so to make their investors happy. - No transparency from management. DONOT trust a word coming from the upper management. Even the engineering managers are kept in dark until the very end.

Cons

Lack of structured systems, frequent staff turnover that makes it difficult to identify the appropriate point of contact (POC), and challenges in obtaining data with sufficient historical tracking.
