Pros

Benefits. Breakfast. Lunch. 45 minute break.

Cons

Micromanagement. Dictative environment. Do as I say do workplace. No room to grow. Intimidation of those who go against power. Holidays are a lottery- beware. You will wait to get paid a month after you work a holiday. Black People are only allowed in customer care. Culture and diversity are rehearsed but clearly not sung. Pay is ok. Telling adults how to use phones.
