Pros

It may seem pay is good. Exposure to working with people around the globe Some HRs were good, pleasant to talk with

Cons

CEO Honor most incompetent, unreliable, doesn't support initiatives, extremely moody, just knows how to insult employees, doesn't have any vision, has tendency of shiny object syndrome where he simply chases next trend . The tech is quite trash I believe, pathetic customer reviews Only Blame game works here As a BD you'll have no direction, no prospect, no support, no training. There is no sales process. Heck they won't even pay for your linkedin sales navigator but yet you must churn out results out of thin air CEO is extremely impatient and immature. Expects to sell his terribly slow service without any set sales process in week out of thin air Extreme toxic environment no one is helpful at all You'll notice most employees are new, because churn rate of employees are so high . Don't fall for fancy office and gimmicks there is absolutely no sustainable business here Noone in the right sense will stick around even it's for money, few extra bucks less for peace of mind is a great deal in my opinion Before joining don't blindly see the money offered, please join somewhere else if you have option of doing so and save yourself from mental health issues Extremely incompetent team as well

Pros

I was challenged to always be curious and uncover things during the development process. I picked up learnings, not just within my scope but was also exposed to other departments and their importance and functions. I have learned to embrace the unknown.

Cons

Difficulties and emotions involved when starting from scratch.

Pros

It boasts of having an all-in-one payment platform for ambitious merchants taking over the worldwide market, helping them run their businesses from day one.

Cons

The work hours were brutally long, stressful, and exhausting, as employees had to work with people from different time zones and sacrifice their work-life balance. After giving their 11-%, employees like me got terrible pay and no appreciation from their bosses. It was awful. Please stay away if you want recognition or financial rewards for extra efforts.
