      Pros

      Great people, flexible and laid back work environment. Working from a share space is possible, but otherwise work from home. Great leadership, lots of benefits, and advancement opportunity.

      Cons

      Some places in the business lack mature processes, but that's the nature of a small company. Can cause friction between teams.
