While the company talks a lot about culture and innovation, the reality was very different. The pay was significantly below industry standards, especially considering the workload and responsibilities. It felt like employees were expected to go above and beyond without fair compensation or recognition.
Management was a major pain point. Many leaders seemed more focused on parroting corporate talking points than actually supporting their teams. When issues were raised, especially around workload, systems, or client frustrations, they were often dismissed or ignored.
On top of that, the systems were unreliable and frequently malfunctioned, which made it hard to do our jobs efficiently and deliver for clients. It created a lot of unnecessary stress and left employees to deal with the fallout.
Overall, it was a frustrating environment with a lot of potential that just isn’t realized due to poor leadership and lack of real investment in employees.
