We value your thoughts and feedback. At Paylocity, we understand that our Account Managers are at the forefront assisting with client related needs and are especially busy during Year End. We encourage our Account Managers to partner with their leader if ever feeling overwhelmed so that help, and guidance can be provided. During training, AM’s are also introduced to resources to leverage after training such as zoom hotlines/leadership lines for questions, PEAK, and mentors. We encourage employees to speak directly with their manager or HR Business Partner for added support. We are also making efforts towards better distributing the workload in association to call volume. Additionally, we recognize the growth of our company and are actively hiring additional Account Managers. We greatly appreciate all of our Account Managers hard work, commitment, and feedback as we strive to ensure PCTY a great place to work for all.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
