Yikes! We really hope that’s not the case, because we absolutely say CHR “NO” to fake reviews!
I hope that in your relatively long tenure with us, and the reason you’re still part of the team, is that you find some parts of your job, of Paylocity, of your overall experience - challenging and rewarding. I’m sure you know that we’re always asking for feedback through our internal surveys, both overall workplace surveys but also ones based around teams, events, initiatives – anything that would impact someone’s employee experience.
We encourage everyone to give their honest feedback, good and bad, because it’s very important for us to have a true and complete understanding around what’s going well, and what isn’t. At the end of the day, our goal is to set everyone up for success. We’re never going to stop listening to our employees – so if you have more specific feedback on where we can improve – please do not hesitate to reach out directly to your manager, HRBP, or even our CHRO!
